(Alternatively both have desktop computer applications, but phone will be easiest). Are you able to do this? * Yes, I can download any free apps needed on my smartphone Yes, but I'll use the applications on my computer (my phone isn't an option) No, I don't have a computer or smartphone able to download free apps Can you afford to invest $197/month in your health and fitness without jeopardizing any essential financial responsibilities? Yes, I can afford to invest in my health and fitness. I'm ready to take this seriously. No, right now isn't a good time financially for this. I'm better off waiting for later in the year. Occasionally, we may recommend a few reasonable equipment purchases to help you hit your goals even faster. These may include a basic jump rope, pull-up bar, hanging rings, etc. Are you willing to pick up small pieces of portable equipment as you reach certain levels? * Yes, I'm willing to purchase any basic portable equipment if needed. Sure, I'm willing to spend $50-100 over time to add a few items to my home gym. I already have a gym membership, which has a decent selection of basic gear. I can access most things there. I'm considering a gym membership to start my workout programming. I'll look for access to basic equipment before I join. I'm not interested in purchasing any basic gear. I don't want to spend any more than the monthly cost. We require a minimum commitment of 3 months from all NF Group Coaching students. Are you prepared to give us your best for those 3 months? * I trust you guys. I'm all in and ready to go. I'm not sure if this will be the right fit for 3 months. I'd rather only commit to a month to see if I like it. I don't think I'm ready for a commitment of this type. After the first 3 months, you can choose whether to continue with NF Group Coaching on a month to month basis. A Few Final Thoughts... Almost done!
